Actress Mwaka Mugala (Zuba) almost beaten up by police for visiting the President wearing a mini-skirt

State House police officers last week almost manhandled actress Mwaka Mugala popularly known as Zuba for walking into State House wearing a blue short dress showing her thighs above the knees.

Zuba, a cast member from popular telenovela, Zuba which was largely criticized for fake exagerated accent was invited to State House together with other artists and actors by President Edgar Lungu who wanted to appreciate their contribution to the arts industry.

But Zuba in her usual wanna slay attempts at State House, wore a blue tight mini-dress but was blocked at the security check by State House police who blocked her entry despite having an official invitation.

State House restricts women wearing seductive clothing from time immemorial for reasons best known to intelligence and among the restricted wear are mini0skirts, barebacks and other transparent clothing.

Zambian Watch has been informed that after 20 minutes of pleading at the security check, where they all left the phones, Zuba was told to run quickly to find a Chitenge wrapper if she wanted entry into the premises.

She was only rescued by another female painter who carried a Chtenge in her vehicle, which Zuba had to wear on top of her splendid fashion through out her interaction at State House.

State House has been designated as a no catwalk modelling zone and women, no matter the beauty or connection are compelled to dress decently before meeting the president or the first lady.
